Chicken breasts prep

Hi guys,

I really like to eat chicken but I am struggling with chicken breasts when I make them for the next day. So I fry them, put them in fridge and tommorow morning I took it with me to work. When I take it out to eat it does not have any taste altough I put spices on it day before and it´s very dry. Does anyone else has that kind of problem? Do you maybe have any idea how to avoid this untasty flavour, maybe with some sauce or somethin`?
