Weight loss plateau

Hi,
I am I am 38 y/o and doing 3x full body workout. My goals are just to keep myself in fit condition.

Measures: 183cm, 80kg and about 20-18% body fat.

Recently, I have been thinking how I would look like with a 'six pack' (for once in my life) and tried to get cut a bit. I started to track my nutrition and kept my macros at 220g carbs, 200g proteins and 55g fat - about 2180 kCal.

In a couple weeks I lost about 3kg and my abdominal area definitely improved - there is way more 'definition' - the sides and top are 'coming out' and that stubborn layer under the belly button. However after that, despite my diet is pretty strict, the progress has stopped.

Is that normal? I think It has happened to me before already, all naturally when I got periods of eating less. It does feel as if my body adapted to new caloric intake and just does not want to lose more fat. Could it be I need to eat more, actually?

My goal is about 75-77kg. Do I need to add some cardio to lose fat below certain percentage and do I need cardio afterwards just to keep the levels of body fat or I can do without to maintain my weight? How does it work?

If you need any more info, just ask.

Thank you for your feedback.
