This **** is not fun nor exciting. The craving are real and im feeling like a pregnant women.
My diet this week has been filled with complex carbs lean protein and healthy fats but its the weekend and ive got to thinking of loopholes.
Im thinking of eating a days worth of desserts and a ton of chicken BUT keep cals way below maintenance (1700 cals)
500 from protein 1200 from cheesecake mini donuts and those mini cupcakes from walmart.
Will this derail my progress?
