I have been slowly losing weight over the course of 3 months now and have been ranging from 300-500 deficit a day and gradually losing weight. However I recently started a new job and tracked my steps. Roughly I walk 10k steps when I work at my job 3x a week. been hitting my calories alright, some days I do go over but they tend to be cardio days which I do not add back to my deficit. As bad as this sounds, I do not want to lose 1lb a week as I believe I will gain it back faster than I am losing and trying to mitigate lose skin if at all possible. Im just wondering how much more calories should I eat to get to a .5 a week weight drop. I do 300 cal cardio a week and about 10k steps on the 3 days I walk so just wondering how I can or should I change anything? Cheers.
