I’m eating so many calories and eating more and losing weight I usually eat 2 pounds of beef 96 percent meat 4 cups of rice and 800 calories shake 4 scoop of peanut butter 2 cups of soy and still hungry over night used to weigh 149.1 now 144.4 and sometimes i eat 3 chiptole meal double rice Double meat it ****ing sucks I’m trying to bulk so hard and can’t maintain weight and I wake up feeling like crap trying to feed myself the whole day
