Hey guys, do any of you have some quick high calorie snacks that I can use? I’m trying to bring my maintenance up as the weeks go by but it’s so hard to eat my calories. I have my macros currently at
200g of protein (before you say that’s too much, I just like eating meat)
257g of carbs
78g fat
No matter what I always end up with 400-600 calories leftover before I go to sleep and end up shoveling peanut butter into my mouth or eating almonds just to hit the calories. What other quick snack can I use?
