Sad news in general anytime someone dies so young, but especially when it's clear that it was caused by a combination of bodyimage, eating, and exercise disorders.
The dude had a decent following on social media, appeared on the surface to be energetic, but was addicted to training too hard, too much cardio, and remaining around 6% bodyfat ALL the time... all while barely sleeping, and possibly taking too much caffeine to support his energy demands.
I guess he became popular years ago for big calorie challenge days of eating, but in his case he obviously maintained an insanely high activity level to avoid putting on any fat.
I did some digging and, in his more recent videos he was even more sickly and gaunt than ever.... all while allegedly consuming 4-5k calories a day... he just burned them all off.
I even read some of the comments on his videos and people constantly urged him to gain bodyfat, stop the obsessive movement, etc... but he never seemed to actually do it.
As someone who has suffered with this before, I consider myself lucky to be alive and done with it. Really sad he didn't do the same.... RIP. He seems like a decent man.
