What to eat at when you get your ideal body

So I have a question that has different answers depending on who you ask but my question is:

Once you get your ideal body can you start eating whatever you want (cookies, bagel, etc) and not get fat as long as you don’t go over your caloric intake? Or do you still have to get your macros in?

Example: let’s say my caloric intake is 2000 calories and I’m 190 pounds
Can I eat 1900 calories worth of junk food and still keep my lean body since I’m not going over my calorie intake?
