Long time lurker, I have read about the skepticism on this but I have one further question. Hear me out.
If I am currently cutting to preserve muscle (350 deficit per day), and my goal is to clean bulk next, then while I cut can I clean bulk on my rest days?
Eg. If I'm going to be cutting in Jan, and then clean bulking in Feb, can't I cut like monday-friday in Jan, and clean bulk on sat and sunday? Why does it have to be one thing in Jan and one thing in Feb?
If you look at the 60 days you'll see 30 cut, 30 bulk, so what if I split them differently than consecutively?
Just a question, I don't know the answers I just thought it made sense logically. Let me know if this is possible or a bad idea. Thanks!
