What lifting routine should I be using while cutting?

For context, I have been cutting for several weeks now, and plan on continuing to do so for at least another month. I am 6'2 and weigh 193 lb, and started cutting at around 200 lb. I am carrying more body fat than I would like and am trying to cut down to 180-185. The other issue that recently came up for me is I think it would be more appropriate for me to follow a novice routine, but my understanding is generally you want to be bulking while following a novice routine. I started lifting several years ago and think I jumped too quickly at following intermediate lifting routines, like 4 day upper/lower routines, and my lifts are not even at intermediate level. On top of my lifts not even being at intermediate level, they are not even increasing.

These are some of my numbers:
-bench press: 3x5 (185 lb)
-OHP: 3x5 (115 lb)
-squat: 3x5 (250 lb)

Would it be possible for me to keep cutting and pick up a solid novice routine, or are these two things contradictory?
