Do I bulk, cut or recomp?

Hello,

I’m 19 years old and was massively overweight.

So I started my fitness journey at 18 stone and I’m now 6 stone down.

After my weight loss I started lifting at a caloric deficit but with no real workout plan until 6 months ago when I started my push pull legs split after I purchased my bench and barbell.

I hate that I’m still skinny fat, you can visibly see muscle but I still have a huge amount of fat around my chest and stomach.

I’m mainly wondering if I should bulk or cut first... or continue trying this recomping out?

Any other advice would be appreciated.
