What would be best in my situation? Continue cut or lean bulk?

I’m 5’9 173-175lbs. Been cutting for 7 weeks and have lost 6-8lbs. Working with a coach which I hired to get me back on track. My goals are purely aesthetic. I just want to get to a point where I look good shirt off. I’m wondering now if a dedicated bulk with the Helms guidelines followed by a proper cut would be a better decision going forward?
