Hey, i have a question. I eat fish 1-2x per week, some walnuts so i have some omega"s 3. I never used it as supplement, but a lot of ppl are using it. I know about benefits, but i saw a lot of videos and articles, where people are talking about it, and they say if you dont use a lot of it, then its pretty useless. I found on internet that 250–500 mg combined EPA and DHA is recommended dosage, but for bodybuilding benefits, people using a lot more. In my country its pretty expensive supplement, so i dont want to waste money if its useless.
My question then is -> should i use omega-3 supplement with that recommended dosage, or its useless to take if im not taking it plenty ? The daily dosage of this supplement that i have is 1200 mg omega3 (EPA 400, DHA 600) is it worth it ? Thanks
