Very high protein (300 g a day)

Hi,

can someone provide information about eating 300 g of protein a day?

Background information:
- 31 years
- 182 lb
- Lifting 6 days a week
- Bulking
- I know that 1 g/lb is enough
- Current macros on a typical day: 3000 cals / 280 g pro / 85 g fats / 260 g carbs
- I enjoy protein much more than fat and carbs
- I have a genetic disorder that I store A LOT of water from eatings carbs so I wanna keep them as low as possible
