Hey guys, I’m currently about 16% body fat and am working on getting to the 10-12 range. My question is mainly once I get there, what should my diet be like to maintain it? I.e. maintenance calories or calorie surplus, and what my macro-nutrients should look like. Ideally I would like to gain some muscle as well while maintaining 10-12% body fat. Thanks in advance
