How's my new plan to escape skinny fat?

Been lifting for 4 months with not so impressive results.Time to take things serious because i have serious mental strain due to my wide hips.Just wanna look better now and much more proportional.Cant cut because then my hips will still look wide but i still have a lot of hip and thigh fat. My upper body skinny however

About to start the following workout layout with minimal cardio.
Monday:BACK
Tuesday:BICEPS
Wednesday:CHEST
Thursday:TRICEPS
Friday:SHOULDERS
Saturday:LEGS
Sunday:REST
5 exercises of each type
On dat zinc and vitamins now
