Help estimating protein/cals in meal I didn't cook without scale

tl;dr version is I am overseas for work for at least 3 months and I can only eat at work canteen for lunch for various reasons.

This is the best meal available.

Because I will be eating it for at least one meal a day for the next 3 months, I want to know approx how much protein/cals this is.

I am not good at estimating.

Anyone able to help me out please?

Vegetables are grilled in some kind of oil and are carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and a bit of pumpkin.
