How much protein to mantain muscle while injured?

So I need to take 1 month off from the gym due to an arm injury and I can't train around it.So a break will be the best for me in this situation.
And I need to do something to prevent muscle mass loss in this time so the most important factor is PROTEIN.
How much do I need per day in order to keep muscle mass for 1 month?

I have 70kg and I was thinking maybe 100grams of proteins will be enough? I will be eating for maintainance
