I'm currently following Kris Gethin's Muscle-building Trainer, and so far it's going great.
I've noticed that on non-training days, I'm supposed to increase my protein intake to about 270g, and cut my carbs to approx 170g. Whilst I'm happy to do so, I've read a lot of articles that suggest that your body can only metabolise around 35g of protein per serving.
If this is the case, how is it possible to metabolise 270g of protein per day?
