I’m 19 years old 172 pounds and I’ve been bulking for like 8 months now and I’m currently eating 3750. I feel like this is a lot for a person that is only 170 and I’ve recently came to a stall in my weight but I’m afraid to add Calories because 3750 is so many. I track all my food daily to the gram so I’m pretty sure the number is accurate. I would just like some people opinions on what I should do.
