advice

hey guys just wanna get some advice from you. i just lost 51 lbs in the past 5 months doing a very low calorie diet 1200 cal sometimes less a day. now i dont wanna go lower i weight 170 joined the gym i work out 5 days a week.

mon. arms
tues. legs
wed. chest
thrus. shoulders
fri. back.

besides that im full time construction labor so im always moving around thru the day.

what should my mircos be if i would like to be lean but get muscle gain? thanks
