Im 17 years old 170 pounds 11.3 percent body fat. So i just finished a pretty drastic cut. In the past couple days i did some research on tdee for teens and i think i cut waaaay too fast but whatever its over now. I assumed my tdee was 2500 calories but i think since im very active even as far as teens go and i also lift every 3 out of 5 days that that was quite a bit of an underestimation. So i was cutting at 1900 for a month and a half. Should i go ahead and immediately jump up to like 3500 healthy calories a day? Planning on making them very healthy calories. Im hoping that the answer i get is yes but i want to make sure im not gonna put on a ton of fat right off the bat because my body is used to low calories.
