I find I can eat at around 1400-1500 calories for 10-12 days. Then all of a sudden I'm super hungry and I have to eat maintenance (1800-2000calories). Which I do for a day or two. And then I'm good and back to 1400-1500.
Is this okay/normal during a cut?
(I find it's the same with my workouts. I don't really lift heavy but do really high rep circuits. And I'm good for 10-12 days and then my body is exhausted for a day or two). So I just take it easy, but I can not take any days off (as one day off turns into a week off turns into no routine at all.)
