Can someone help me calculate my calories?

Im not sure how many calories I should eat to lose weight. I keep getting mixed answers and some say I should eat 3000 calories which seems alot! maybe people here can give me a better answer?

Sex: Male
Age: 33
Height: 5'11
Weight: 300 Pounds
Activity Level: Moderate Exercise (5 Times/Week Bodybuilding & Cardio)
