I am new to bulking. Not much into eating but I have a good 3000 calories plan. I have some questions
So I know that lifting does not burn as many calories as cardio exercises do. So suppose I start eating 3000 calories and I burned 300 during lifting. What should I do with remaining 700 which I could not burn because I cant lift anymore during the day? Should I try burning remaining from cardio or should I go home and rest and wait for cutting season?
