Struggling to fit any fruit into diet

My daily intake needs to be around the 1600cal mark. I prioritise getting down around 150g protein and fit carbs and fats around it. Breakfast is porridge oats around 200cal, lunch is a ham and chicken wrap around 350cal then dinner around 1000cal. Trying to find where I can fit in even a small banana or apple - I'm just not eating any fruit at the mo, but plenty of veg.

A piece of fruit with breakfast puts me over calories so then it's harder to get the protein etc.

Don't know if this is a sulk or a question, cheers anyway!
