Lose weight *vegetarian+soy

Hey everyone I know this may have been answered before was wondering if anyone had any articles or info for me
I was told to stay away from soy from a Trainer at the gym. I recently became vegan and started eating plant based products ,beyond meat,yves...ect been feeling great .i haven’t got in dept with soy and my body as I just started .I’m a basic eater what would someone recommend for food with no soy..for quick meals on the go .

I guess I am trying to get estrogen out of my body if I am correct? Thx all
