This is a pretty basic question, and I'm pretty sure the answer is no. However, I just wanted to check.
I eat really healthy usually, but I ate a bratwurst, and a piece of fried chicken before dinner today. Now I'm supposed to eat a lot more calories, but I'm far more full than usual. It's obviously because I've eaten about 50% more fat than usual today already, and I'm supposed to keep eating. Should I still eat as many calories as I would of if I had eaten healthy?
