I'm new here.
I am currently bulking. I had a discussion with someone at the gym and we started to talk about iron. I checked my food intake in myfitnesspal. First of all i'd like to know how accurate is the nutriment calculator in the app and if my iron consumption needs to be fixed. I ate all I needed today and it says that I am 86% over my daily iron requirement.
Should I worry about that?
