Hey all. Let me get down to the brass tacks.
I am new to lifting.
I am 19, male, 5'6, 150lbs
High body fat, maybe 25-30%.
Little Muscle mass (WEAK)
My issue is with nutrition. I am not sure what to do. I ideally want to get rid of the body fat first because of both health and aesthetic reasons but when I use an online calculator, I get these low numbers (below BMR, see attachments).
But I also know that I have little muscle to cut to and that in some cases, people lean out even when in a small surplus due to muscle and strength being built while bf% stays mostly the same.
I honestly think I have paralysis by analysis and I need opinions from people who have more experience.
I have attached pictures of myself and information from the calorie calculator I am using.
I would appreciate any, and I truly mean any feedback.
