I’ve eaten healthy for two weeks now, and hitting the gym 5 days a week. I haven’t messed a day. I eat a half cup of oatmeal, 5 eggs, chicken breast, 80% fat free ground beef, rice, creatine, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter a day. Totaling ≈2,500 calories, 200g carbs, 200g protein. I’m 5’8, 183lbs.
By the end of the day of eating, I feel bloated, full, and fat. I haven’t noticed a difference in the gym. I know it’s only been two weeks, but I’m expecting to gain more strength but I’m still lifting the same weight. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice would be helpful.
