Got a question this has happened befre but i'm not ure if it's related or not.
i notice when i cut and drop body fat i don't recover as well but i know that's expected .
but the issue is i notice my joints are a bit sorer then usual and what's worse is i get knee tendonitis. I'm not sure if this is connected to my cutting or not. i like playing soccer but i notice as sooon as i drop the cals but continue the soccer/gym i start getting sore knees. Is this because my muscles are weaker? Or is is it just coincedence? what can i do? up my protein? eat carbs after workouts?
