Hi guys,
I've been bulking for a couple of months and used a macronutrient calculator. Total calories were ~2700 cals, but this wasn't enough for me. I upped my calories by adding carbs and fats to ~3000 cals (+300 cals).
When cutting, should I add around the same total calories in comparison with the number the calculator gives as when bulking? In my case, the calculator gives me a caloric intake of ~1800. In reality, should this be more around 1800+300 = ~2100cals?
Thanks a lot!
