Quick question about bulking

Ok tommorow I'm going to do a little cut I like how I look but I just want to lose a little bit of fat . So I want to go from about 14 percent to 12 bf.

Now after I do that . Is it possible to stay at 12 bf and gain muscle, and get bigger??

If it is possible how do I do it. How much more calories do I have to eat to give me just enough to gain maximum muscle with minimal fat?
