Nutrition plan for cutting

Hi everybody...

I am new in the forum... I am from Italy... working out from the last 15 years. I am 34 years old and 1,65 cm. Actually my weight is 75,8 and I would like to cut at 72. I am on 1gr Sustanon x weeek and 600 mg deca + 8iu GH/day.

My actual nutrition plan is as follow:

Morning 7 am 400 gr egg white + 50gr oat flour

10 am 150gr of chicken

1.00 pm 50hr rice + 300 gr chicken + vegetable

4 pm 150 he chicken

9.00 pm 400gr of cod fish or 300 he of chicken + 50gr of rice + vegetable

What can I add or reduce to cut ????
