I need help creating a meal plan. I've been lifting for a year and my weight went from low 200's to 222 currently. Any help would be awesome, I mainly want to learn how to plan out meals/amount of meals I need daily to trim fat.
For a little background here are some of my lifts/bodyweight/measurements
Weight: 222lbs
Height: 5'11
Activity: 5 days a week, 2-3 hours, muscle splits (Chest/triceps, Back/Biceps, Legs/Shoulders)
Measurements:
Arms: 16.5in
Chest: 44in
Stomach:40in
Legs:26in
