Hi Just looking for a bit of advice.
I’m currently in a deficit and doing PHUL programme which I am enjoying. The weight is going up each week with lifts. Some not so much, I just wondered if when In a deficit and you can’t increase the weight on certain lifts would it be important to focus now on trying to maintain the weight I have lifted if I can’t increase the weight? It’s hard to make massive increases in weight when in a deficit for myself so I’ve noticed anyway so just curious.
Does it mean it’s time to change programme up when you get stuck for a couple of weeks? I don’t really want to as I enjoy this programme very much, I’ve been doing it for about 12 weeks now and im not bored of it or anything.
