Hey guys, I am 17 years old 5'5 and 112lbs. I have been working out for about 8 months. This is the first time I have uploaded a picture of myself. I am asking anyone for help regarding bulking or cutting and I have no idea what body fat I am (skinny fat). I am following the fierce 5 full body. I am eating around 2500 calories everyday.
