What meals do vegetarians have?

I am a vegetarian and have been into the gym for a while but seem to eat the same food all the time. Currently on a bulk and tracking my calories with myfitnesspal for a lean bulk.

Anyway, does anyone have good resources to recommend for vegetarians? Ideally I want to get into meal prep also, but can kind of find it all to overwhelming. Don't want to spend lots of time cooking throughout the day also.
