I’m 37, GF and dairy free not by choice, and I’m losing weight and mass because I can’t get the calorie intake. Considering taking a vegan mass supplement just to increase calories, carbs and protein - specifically Naked Nutrition Weight Gainer. But at my age, I’m wondering if this is a bad idea?
