I'm Counting Calories but somedays

My Calorie Deficit Goal is 1760 - I am eating high volume meals 2-3 times a day depending on work schedule

For example, Today

Tuna x2
Chickpeas
Red Onion
Salad
Red Cap
Olives GC
Beetroot
Corn

Total weight in food 540 grams // Macros 29.2carbs 11.9fats 43.6protien - 421 Calories

This was my lunch and for dinner tonight I'll 200g Chicken Breast Salad Wraps followed by some fruit and I'm Full but I only manage around 1100 calories

Is this ok ?
