Centre to work on pricing to include Gennova mRNA shot in vaccine drive

India's drug regulator has approved Gennova's mRNA vaccine for restricted use in emergency situations in adults. Samit Mehta, chief operating officer of the company had earlier said that since it has the manufacturing at risk approval already in place, there are 7 million doses that have already been manufactured and released not only by their in-house quality control but also by the government's nodal laboratory-Central Drugs Laboratory at Kasauli.
