Where can I find a good site to know how much fat/carbs/protein to eat?

I've being working out for 5 years and of course no results because I never really bothered to eat the right foods.
I want to change that, lower the fat in my body so I can see some muscle that I know its hiding there.
Any help woould be awesome.
