Educate children: Read what precautions Centre has advised to states on Tomato flu

​​In its advisory, the government has advised the states to educate children about the signs and symptoms and side-effects of the illness as it mainly affects children under 10 years of age. "The disease, which seems to be a variant of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD), occurs mainly in children under 10 years of age, but it can occur in adults too, the Centre said in its advisory.
