What's your TDEE?

Thought it would be fun to see how everyone's metabolisms compare. For a bit of context, please provide your gender, age, height, weight and general activity level aside from weight training.

Of course I'm aware that TDEE is a.moving number and no one can be 100% accurate - just provide the best answer you can using the format below:

Male
35yo
6'1"
170lb
Moderately active job
TDEE = 2800 (when on a break from work I find it drops to around 2450).
