Doing second cut. I know the drill, just seeing some variation in which calculator I use and was curious where you would start.
Goal: 1 lb per week loss.

Between 20 and 23 percent body fat est.

Lift heavy three times a week, and quite active.
What say you for a starting point for TDEE?
I'll obviously take off 500 cals a day.
