Hi, guys.
I am currently bulking eating 3.700 calories per day. I eat a lot of sweets to hit that many calories. How bad is that? I would say 50% of calories comes from normal food and 50% from sweets. I don't often use protein powder, because i have no problem hitting ~200g of protein per day, which is my goal.
