Question about low/lower glycemic foods.

Hi all. I've recently switched to lower glycemic foods to see if my energy improves throughout the day. I'm eating 2/3 cup of brown rice in the morning with eggs. 6 ounces of sweet potatoes with lunch and 2/3 cup of brown rice with dinner. I also like to get in another 2/3 cup of brown rice with a post workout shake. My post workout carbs come from the rice 35g, 1 banana 30g, one cup of mixed berries 18g and only 1.3 g from the pea protein. So 84 g in all and 49.3 of those being fast digesting. Is this enough fast digesting carbs for post work? The brown rice in the morning seems to improve my energy through the day and the sweet potatoes at lunch then more brown rice at dinner really seems to be helping. Does anyone suggest I get in more fast digesting carbs? Possibly with breakfast? Is there anyone here that is on an all low glycemic foods diet? Anyone stay away from white potatoes and rice? My current goal is to get down to about 190lbs. I currently sit at 200, down from 210 in about 3 weeks. I am aiming for around 2100-2200 calories per day with a 40/40/20 C/P/F ratio. Thanks guys and gals.
