I never counted calories in my life so this is all new to me. When I check the Nutrition Facts for rice, I'm not sure if it shows the calories for raw or cooked rice. I didn't imagine rice to be so calorie dense. I'm used to eating 2-3 full plates of rice everyday. (Check the Pic attached)
