im a 22 year old trans dude, been on testosterone for almost a year now and im trying to take advantage of hrt to get some muscle instead of my usual post-anorexia-recovery skinnyfat bull**** (p common with trans guys because less bodyfat = less 'womanly curves' and it goes into a big spiral)
im kinda stuck trying to figure out my nutrition needs though. does being on hormones mean i should calculate as male, or does being born female mean i should calculate for that? so far i'm shooting for somewhere in between but wanted to get some input on the situation
also wondering what i should shoot for as far as body fat percentage goes. men can get a lot lower than women safely but i don't want to accidentally hurt my health trying to reach a level of fitness that just isn't realistic for what im born with
